WHY CHOOSE NELSON GRANITE?

1. Nelson Granite is the largest granite quarrier and manufacturer of memorial products in Canada and one of the largest in North America. All
of the granite we use is quarried by us in Northwestern Ontario. We are the only manufacturer that can say we make nothing but 100%
granite mausoleums; meaning there are no inferior materials that will break down over time. With an all-granite unit, there is also no
maintenance.

2. Our units are built in a load-bearing fashion with thick granite walls, shelves and dividers and a full granite floor. The units are also
pinned and glued using the strongest stone adhesive on the market; meaning the unit will never shift and compromise the integrity
of the structure.

3. Our units come fully assembled so they are very straightforward to set in the cemetery. There will be no building crew on site,
no assembly on the part of the customer or long maintenance manuals or spare parts list. A crane simply lifts the unit off the
truck and sets it on the concrete foundation. We also include the straps and all necessary components to set the unit as well
as diagrammed instructions to be used on site if needed.

4. We are a fifth generation, family-run business and have been in business since 1909. Everyone who works at Nelson
Granite must do mandatory shifts in the plant to understand how the units are manufactured. That means we are not
just sales people; we understand in depth what goes into making one of our mausoleums. We are very proud of the
quality of the units we make and are one of the only manufacturers in North America that take pride in putting our
name on our mausoleums. We have a 25-year warranty on our mausoleums, however with the way they are built
and the fact that they are 100% granite, they will truly last a lifetime in your cemetery.
